The First Project undertaken by the group was a Super Market located at Bangur Avenue, Kolkata in the year 1984 in joint venture with the Bangur family who owned the land. Subsequently the Group took up their First Housing Complex on V.I.P Road known as “BRIJDHAM HOUSING COMPLEX”. With a modest beginning in the year 1984 the Organization continue to carry out successfully a number of significant & diverse projects both in and out of Kolkata.
